Romania’s primary forests are the last resort of Europe’s wild and untouched nature. However, Europe is sacrificing their so called green lungs for green products and renewable energy. A small group of activists tries to fight against the international wood industry and its green washing campaigns of wood as a sustainable resource. Scientist Ria researches primary forests and their value in fighting climate change.
